This policy covers our website and the Owlinq HubSpot app.

• HubSpot data access: through the Owlinq HubSpot app we request read access to Contacts, Companies, and task activities, and write access to create tasks based on our insights \(core functionality\).
• Account data: basic account details you provide \(e.g., work email, preferences\) to operate your account.
• Operational data: logs and diagnostics necessary to secure, monitor, and improve the service.
• Public sources: publicly available data used to generate customer intelligence insights.

How we use data

• Provide and operate the service, including generating and creating prioritized tasks in HubSpot.
• Secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
• Communicate about updates, support, and security notices.

AI usage

We use AI models to analyze publicly available information and relevant CRM metadata to produce insights. We do not use your user data to train third‑party foundation models.

Storage and security

Sharing

We do not sell or share user data with third parties for their own purposes. When necessary, we use vetted service providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request full removal at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete all associated data within 7 days of a verified request.

Your rights
